Grew up in the area and went back for a visit. I was hoping this bakery still made a buttermilk tea cake that I had enjoyed in the past. David Ortiz owner happily replied absolutely we do , it’s a long time favorite! He disappeared in the back and returned with the pink bakery box. When we got it home we tried it , and it still had the lovely original recipe flavor, and was super light and moist. So 5 stars David Ortiz for keeping this beautiful bakery alive after all these years!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Noyes Bakery in San Bernardino. I provided a clear reference photo for a custom cake, and what I received looked nothing like what I asked for. The details were completely off the champagne bottle said “Happy New Year,” the paw print design looked cartoonish and not at all like the elegant version requested, and the key fob didn’t resemble the design I provided. Overall, the cake looked rushed and poorly executed. For $150, I expected a level of quality, attention to detail, and professionalism that simply was not delivered. This wasn’t a minor difference—it was a completely different result from the inspiration photo. I understand that custom cakes won’t be identical, but this missed the mark entirely. If the bakery couldn’t execute the design, that should have been communicated upfront instead of delivering something this far off. Very disappointing experience.

I have been blessed to taste the deliciousness love hard work and dedication thru cake ,cup cakes ,cookies and more for many years . Best so far has been mine and my husband's wedding cake . June 9th, 2024. Solid cake beautiful easy to cut because by the time it sat in the sun for 2 plus hours we just ate by hand .(We did have in deep freezer after picking up at 7 am. 5 pm ceremony. )(Oops)on me .no complaints.The kids thought I was crazy but also loved it . Have fun in the moment. tasted yummy and I had already gotten my special time with admiring our wedding cake. Coming back for our special one year anniversary cake. Like a slice of heaven in every bite. Don't be afraid to ask questions and modify .HE IS A MAN THATS TRUST WORTHY 🙂

Appreciation post for this Guru of cakes. With ample notice, any cake you need he can recreate (absolutely Anything you want). There is no limit to his imagination. And let’s not forget to mention Flavor! I’ve tried almost all flavors and fillings available and they Do Not disappoint. Gender reveals, birthdays, baby showers, anything and everything. These cakes have been adored by all guests. We’ve been going to him for 3 years and will continue to do so for years to come! 😁

I was a little skeptical at first to order from this place for some reason. I needed a cake last minute for a surprise baby shower. I was able to place the order over the phone and the guy told me he’d have it in a few hours. I picked it up an hour and a half later not knowing what to expect, and not only was it a very lovely and cute cake, but I was told by everyone that that cake was very good. I’m very impressed. The service here was also kind and very friendly. It was a very nice cake with a clean presentation and I’m sure with more time the baker could have done a more amazing job. I appreciate them for getting me a cake on such short notice. Thank you!
